Even a rich man if he be burning with jealousy, stinged by arrogance, cruel to others out of greed--if he be thus dull--witted, lives a miserable life. Such a man, indeed strives to destroy his auspicious future.
27 Never mind if a man cannot oblige others but he should not do nor tend to do ill to others. If a person cannot perform the special religious rites, he should at least refrain from commiting unrighteous deeds.
