Kalpopapanna and Kalpāyita Indras are the kings of gods. Just as we have a social arrangement of a king and subjects, or of a master and a servant, in the same way, the gods have the same arrangement So there are king gods and servant gods. The gods among whom such an arrangement exists, are called Kalpopapanna and the gods who are beyond that stage, are called Kalpātita gods. They are classified as follows:Kalpopapanna
