From the union of Sankara and Krşņa, result 32, thirtytwo different varieties of images, which are not described, but are to be known from instructions.
The Lingas form the subject of an entire lengthy section ($1. 59—152); eight different metallic substances for making phalluses are first given (śl. 59); the proportions of metallic phalluses ($2. 60) and their varieties (sl. 61) and phalluses of jewels (sl. 62) are given.
The proportions of phalluses made of timber (śl. 63); their varieties ($1. 64); the suitable kinds of timber (1. 65,66); their characteristics (śl. 67); the suitable types of building for the viurious kinds of phalluses (sl. 68) are described.
Then, follow, the proportions of the stone phalluses (sl. 69, 70); their various names (sl. 70-74); the proportions of the phalluses to the size of the Temples (81.75—78) and to the sunctum (Śl. 79-80); the size of the phallus (sl. 81, 82); the divisions of a phallus (Śl. 82, 83).
The Nayara-lingu, its three classes and proportions (sl. 85-86); the Drāvida-linga, its classes and proportions (sl. 87– 88); the Vcsara-lingas are next described.
The Astrological considerations as regards Temples of the phalluses etc. (śl. 90–94); the auspicious signs (śl. 95); the clock-wise spiral and the colours which are conducive to happiness (61. 96); the method of marking lines on any phallus ; the shape of the upper parts of phallıses (Śl. 98, 99); the bad signs of phalluses (sl. 100) and the proportions of crystal and wooden phalluses (śl. 101) follow, successively.
