સામ્પ્રદાયિક શાખાઓમાં ક્રિયાભેદ હોય જ અને રહેવાના જ. એને લઈ ઠુઠવાદ રાખવા ઠીક નથી. એને અંગે વિરોધ ન કરીએ. ૪૨
[જુદા જુદા ધર્મોંમાં દેશ, કાળ, પરિસ્થિતિ તથા સ ંસ્કારને લીધે ક્રિયાકાંડની પ્રણાલી ભિન્ન-ભિન્ન હોય એ સ્વાભાવિક છે. અને એમાં કંઇ અજુગતુ પણ નથી.]

Different systems of religion have undoubtedly different observances and rituals, and such differences will always remain. This is a thing which is not to be wondered at. Obstinacy in regard to the prectice of any of them alone is unreasonable and improper. So we should not quarrel with the differing rituals practised by others. 42
