________________ और शरीर-संवाहन (दबाना) आदि सव प्रकार के सुखरूपी अमृत से बना हुआ है, लेकिन अब हमें अचानक ही आत्मतत्त्व का उपनिषद् (रहस्य) प्राप्त होने के कारण इस संसार में जरा भी प्रीति उत्पन्न नहीं होती, केवल आत्मतत्त्व में ही रुचि होती है ॥२३॥ दधानाः काठिन्यं निरवधिकमाविद्यकभवप्रपञ्चा: पाञ्चालीकुच - कलशवन्नातिरतिदाः ॥ गलत्यज्ञानाभ्रे प्रसृमररुचावात्मनि विधौ । चिदानन्दस्यन्दः सहज इति तेभ्योऽस्तु विरतिः ॥२४॥ भावार्थ : अब अज्ञान से उत्पन्न इस संसार के प्रपंच काष्ठ या पाषाण आदि से निर्मित पुतली के समान बेहद कठोरता को धारण करने वाले स्तनरूपी कलश की तरह अत्यन्त प्रीतिदायक व रुचिकर नहीं लगते । क्योंकि अज्ञानरूपी बादल के बिखरने पर आत्मज्ञानरूपी चन्द्रोदय हो जाने से स्वाभाविकरूप से चिदानन्दरस प्राप्त हो चुका है । अत: अब संसार के प्रपंचों से सर्वथा विरति हो, यही अच्छा है ||२४|| भवे या राज्यश्रीर्गजतुरगगो-संग्रहकृता । न सा ज्ञानध्यानप्रशमजनिता किं स्वमनसि ॥ बहिर्या: प्रेयस्यः किमु मनसि ता नात्मरतयः । ततः स्वाधीनं कस्त्यजति सुखमिच्छत्यथ परम् ॥२५॥ ॥२४॥ अधिकार चौथा ४१
