“અતીન્દ્રિય પદાર્થો જે હેતુવાદ વડે (તર્ક-અનુમાનની કેટીએ વડે) નિશ્ચયના માર્ગમાં આવી શકતા હતા, તે આટલા કાળે વિદ્વાનોએ તે પદાર્થોને કયારનેએ નિશ્ચય કરી લીધો હત”—૧૧૨. तस्मात् कुतर्कग्रह उज्झितव्यो नानेन कोऽप्यस्ति फलोपलम्भः । मध्यस्थभावे च कृतावकाशे सम्यग्दृशां सम्भविता विकासः॥११॥
Therefore none should tenaciously adhere to fallacious reasoning; it leads to no good result, impartial attitude renders spiritual progress possible in the case of the thoughtful. ( 113 )
“માટે કુતરૂપ ગ્રહ ત્યાગ કરવા લાયક છે. એથી કોઈ જાતની ફલસિદ્ધિ થતી નથી. મધ્યસ્થભાવ (પક્ષપાતરહિત દષ્ટિ) ધારણ કરવામાં આવે, તેજ (અજ્ઞાન, સંદેહ, ભ્રમરૂપ પડદાઓના હઠી જવાથી) સદ્ દષ્ટિઓને વિકાસ થઈ શકે છે”—૧૧૩ - ; , ' सम्यग्दृष्टीः प्रस्तुबन् पश्चर्मी स्थिरां दृष्टिं प्राह- . सम्यग्दृशः सन्ति चतस्र एताः स्थिरा च कान्ता च प्रभा पराच। प्रत्याहृतिस्तत्र भवेत् स्थिरायां स्याद् दर्शनं भ्रान्तिविवर्जितं च॥११४॥
The stages where true discrimination ariεes, are four namely Sthirā, Kāntā, Prabhā and Parā. While under the aspect of Sthirā there is a complete with drawal of all senses from sensual objects, the perception is clear. ( free from doubt. ) ( 114 ) સમ્યગ્દષ્ટિઓને પ્રસ્તાવ અને સ્થિરાદષ્ટિ( મિથ્યાષ્ટિઓ ચાર કહી, હવે ચાર સભ્ય દષ્ટિએ જોઈએ,)
