इन्द्रिय ज्ञान व्यवहार नय का विषय है। निश्चय सूक्ष्म को पकड़ता है, व्यवहार स्थूल को पकड़ता है-पूर्ण सत्य दोनों के समन्वय से प्राप्त होता है।
अस्तित्व के आधार पर केवल अभेद है, क्योंकि अस्तित्व सबमें समान रूप से है। विशेष गुणों की अपेक्षा सबमें भेद हैं। उसके बिना किसी पदार्थ की अलग से सत्ता ही नहीं बन सकती।
