Namiun Strotra This stotra is the a devotional prayer to Tirthankar Parshvanath written by Acharya Mantungasuriji, the famous Acharya who also have written very popular Bhaktamber Stotra. If a person, with pure heart and complete faith in Tirthankar Parshvanath, recite this stotra he will win over 108 types of fears and obstacles. He will be protected from adversities like diseases, wild animals, thieves, war, fire, water etc. कल्याण मंदिर (स्मरण) Kalyana Mandir (Invocation) For Private & Personal Use Only कल्याणमन्दिर मुहारमभेदि भीताभयप्रदमनिन्दितमंत्रिपद्मम् ॥ संसारसागरनिमज्जदशेष-जन्तुपोतायमानभिनम्य जिनेश्वरस्य ॥ १ ॥...... Kalyan Mandir Stotra Kalyan Mandir Stotra graphically narrates the victory of Maharish Parshwanath over the one-sided war waged by the demon Kamath's-soul The message, the author possibly drives home is this: Please do not ge over awed by the power of demon and Vyantara gods. Tirthankar is all powerful and he single-handedly withstood the troubles created by the demon. Even among Jains, there is this hidden false-belief that there is some shelter in these lesser gods. Stanza 39-41 emphatically rule out such false hopes and shows that Sharan or rescue is only at the feet of Tirthankars. In fact the word Sharan is used repeatedly here, Charano mein Sharan. www.jinerary.org
