कुन्दान्यस्थीनि दशनान् मुखं श्लेष्मगृहं विधुम् । मांसग्रन्थी कुचौ कुम्भौ हेम्नो वेत्ति ममत्त्ववान् ॥१४॥
भावार्थ : ममतावान पुरुष स्त्रियों के हड्डियों के दाँतों को कुन्दपुष्प की कलियाँ समझता है । श्लेष्म के घर मुख को पूर्ण चन्द्रमा मानता है, माँस की गाँठ के समान स्तनों को सोने के कलश समझता है । यह सब ममता की विडम्बना है ॥१४॥ मनस्यन्यद् वचस्यन्यत् क्रियायामन्यदेव च । यस्यास्तामपि लोलाक्षीं साध्वीं वेत्ति ममत्त्ववान् ॥१५॥
भावार्थ : जिस स्त्री के मन में कुछ और है, अथवा मन में किसी दूसरे (यार) के प्रति प्रीति है, वचन में प्रेमवचन से विरुद्ध कुछ और होता है, अथवा वचन से अन्य पुरुष के प्रति प्रेम बताती है और कार्यरूप में कुछ और ही होता है, यानी पति आदि का अनिष्ट करती है, अथवा शरीर से रमणादि क्रिया किसी और के साथ करती है। ऐसी चंचल नेत्र वाली दुष्टा स्त्री को ममत्त्ववान् पुरुष परमसती मानता है ॥१५॥ या रोपयत्यकार्येऽपि रागिणं प्राणसंशये । दुर्वृत्ता स्त्री ममत्त्वान्धस्तां मुग्धामेव मन्यते ॥१६॥
