________________ करना, अविधि का निषेध करना, इत्यादि प्रकार से हमारी प्रवचनभक्ति प्रसिद्ध है ॥३१॥ अध्यात्मभावनोज्ज्वलचेतोवृत्तोचितं हि नः कृत्यम् । पूर्णक्रियाभिलाषश्चेति द्वयमात्मशुद्धिकरम् ॥३२॥ भावार्थ : अध्यात्म की भावना से उज्ज्वल चित्तवृत्ति के योग्य हमारा कर्त्तव्य है तथा हमारी पूर्ण क्रिया करने की अभिलाषा है, ये दोनों बातें आत्मशुद्धि करने वाली हैं ॥३२॥ द्वयमिह शुभानुबन्धः शक्यारम्भश्च शुद्धपक्षश्च । अहितो विपर्ययः पुनरित्यनुभवसंगतः पन्थाः ॥३३॥ भावार्थ : शक्य क्रिया का आरम्भ और शुद्धपक्ष ये दोनों यहाँ शुभानुबन्धरूप हैं और इसके अतिरिक्त और कोई भी अहितकारक है, इस प्रकार हमारा अनुभवसिद्ध मार्ग है ॥३३॥ ये त्वनुभवाविनिश्चितमार्गाश्चारित्रपरिणतिभ्रष्टाः । बाह्यक्रियया चरणाभिमानो ज्ञानिनोऽपि न ते ॥३४॥ भावार्थ : जिन्होंने अनुभव से मार्ग का निश्चय नहीं किया है, अतएव चारित्र के परिणाम से भ्रष्ट होकर सिर्फ बाह्यक्रियाओं से ही चारित्र के अभिमान में डूबे हुए हैं, वे ज्ञानी नहीं हैं ॥३४॥ लोकेषु बहिर्बुद्धिषु विगोपकानां बहिःक्रियासु रतिः । श्रद्धां विना न चैताः सतां प्रमाणं यतोऽभिहितम् ॥३५॥ अधिकार बीसवाँ २९७
