________________ विकल्परूपी काँटे को शुभविकल्पप्रवृत्तिरूपी बढ़िया काँटे से निकालने में कोई दोष नहीं है ॥ १५ ॥ विषमधीत्य पदानि शनैः शनैर्हरति मंत्रपदावधि मांत्रिकः । भवति देशनिवृत्तिरपि स्फुटा गुणकरी प्रथमं मनसस्तथा ॥ १६ ॥ भावार्थ : जैसे मांत्रिक मंत्र के पदों की समाप्ति तक धीरे-धीरे मंत्रपदों को बोलकर विषहरण कर देता है, जहर उतार देता है; वैसे ही मन की देश (अंश) से निवृत्ति भी स्पष्टरूप से गुणकारी होती है ॥ १६ ॥ च्युतमसद्विषयव्यवसायतो लगति यत्र मनोऽधिकसौष्ठवात् । प्रतिकृतिः पदमात्मवदेव वा तदवलंबनमत्र शुभं मतम् ॥१७॥ भावार्थ : अशुभ (असद्) विषयों के व्यापार से निवृत्त मन अतिप्रसन्नता के कारण जिस पदार्थ में लग जाता है यानी तन्मय हो जाता है, वह पदार्थ भी आत्मा की तरह अथवा परमात्मा की प्रतिकृति की तरह इस मन:शुद्धि में शुभ अवलम्बनरूप माना गया है ॥ १७ ॥ तदनु काचन निश्चयकल्पना विगलितव्यवहारपदावधिः । न किमपीति विवेचनसम्मुखी भवति सर्वनिवृत्तिसमाधये ॥१८॥ भावार्थ : उसके बाद 'मेरे लिए व्यवहार किसी काम का नहीं है', इस प्रकार का विवेचन करने में सम्मुख तथा जिसमें व्यवहार के पदों (स्थानों) का अन्तिम सिरा भी समाप्त अधिकार ग्यारहवां ११३
