________________ समाचाराधिकार ४ ॥ योगग्रहणादिषु च इच्छाकारस्तु कर्तव्यः ॥ १३१॥ अर्थ-संयमके पीछी आदि उपकरणोंमें तथा श्रुतज्ञानके पुस्तक आदि उपकरणोंमें और अन्य भी तप आदिके कमंडल आहारादि उपकरणोंमें, औषधादिमें, उष्णकालादिमें आतापन आदि योगोंमें इच्छाकार करना अर्थात् मनको ही प्रवर्ताना।।१३१॥ ___ आगे मिथ्याकारका स्वरूप कहते हैं;जं दुक्कडं तु मिच्छा तं णेच्छदि दुक्कडं पुणो काढुं। भावेण य पडिकंतो तस्स भवे दुक्कडे मिच्छा ॥१३२॥ यत् दुष्कृतं तु मिथ्या तत् नेच्छति दुष्कृतं पुनः कर्तु। भावेन च प्रतिक्रांतः तस्य भवेत् दुष्कृते मिथ्या ॥१३२॥ अर्थ-जो व्रतादिकमें अतीचाररूप पाप मैंने किया हो वह मिथ्या होवे ऐसे मिथ्या किये हुए पापको फिर करनेकी इच्छा नहीं करता और मनरूप अंतरंग भावसे प्रतिक्रमण करता है उसीके दुष्कृतमें मिथ्याकार होता है ॥ १३२ ॥ आगे तथाकारका खरूप कहते हैं;-- वायणपडिच्छणाए उवदेसे सुत्तअत्थकहणाए। अवितहमेदत्ति पुणो पडिच्छणाए तधाकारो ॥१३३॥ वाचनाप्रतिच्छायायामुपदेशे सूत्रार्थकथने । अवितथमेतदिति पुनः प्रतीच्छायायां तथाकारः ॥१३३॥ अर्थ-जीवादिकके व्याख्यानका सुनना, सिद्धांतका श्रवण, परंपरासे चला आया मंत्रतंत्रादिका उपदेश और सूत्रादिका अर्थइनमें जो अहंत देवने कहा है सो सत्य है ऐसा समझना वह तथाकार है ॥ १३३ ॥
