३८९ देव नारकी और पंचेंद्रिय तियेचोंके चार चार लाख योनि हैं तथा मनुष्योंके चौदह लाख योनि हैं। सब मिलकर चौरासी लाख योनि हैं ॥ ११०४ ॥ बारसबाससहस्सा आऊ सुद्धेसु जाण उकस्सं । खरपुढविकायगेसु य वाससहस्साणि बावीसा॥११०५ द्वादशवर्षसहस्राणि आयुः शुद्धेषु जानीहि उत्कृष्टं । खरपृथिवीकायिकेषु च वर्षसहस्राणि द्वाविंशतिः॥११०५॥ अर्थ-मृत्तिका आदि शुद्ध पृथिवीकायिकोंकी आयु उत्कृष्ट बारह हजार वर्षकी है और पत्थर आदि खरपृथिवी कायिकोंकी बाईस हजार वर्षकी है। यहां सैंतीससौ तिहत्तरि उच्छासोंका एक मुहूर्त होता है ऐसा जानना ॥ ११०५ ॥ सत्त दु वाससहस्सा आऊ आउस्स होइ उक्कस्सं। रतिदिणाणि तिणि दु तेऊणं होइ उक्कस्सं ॥११०६॥
सप्त तु वर्षसहस्राणि आयुः अपां भवति उत्कृष्टं । रात्रिंदिनानि त्रीणि तु तेजसां भवति उत्कृष्टं ॥ ११०६ ॥ अर्थ-अप्कायिकोंका उत्कृष्ट आयु सात हजार वर्षका है और तेजकायिकोंका उत्कृष्ट आयु तीन दिनरातका है ॥११०६॥ तिणि दु वाससहस्सा आऊ वाउस्स होइ उकस्सं । दस वाससहस्साणि दु वणप्फद्दीणं तु उक्कस्सं॥११०७
त्रीणि तु वर्षसहस्राणि आयुः वायूनां भवति उत्कृष्टं । दश वर्षसहस्राणि तु वनस्पतीनां तु उत्कृष्टं ॥११०७॥
