________________ समयसाराधिकार १०। ३४९ परिग्रहका उपार्जन और कषाय इनको नहीं सहन करसकता बाह्य कर देता है ॥ ९७७ ॥ जह कोइ सहिवरिसो तीसदिवरिसे णराहिवो जाओ। उभयत्थ जम्मसद्दो वासविभागं विसेसेइ ॥९७८ ॥ यथा कश्चित् पष्ठिवर्षः त्रिंशद्वर्षे नराधिपो जातः। उभयत्र जन्मशब्दो वर्षविभागं विशेषयति ॥ ९७८॥ अर्थ-जैसे कोई साठ बरसकी आयुवाला पुरुष तीस वर्ष बाद राजा होगया तो राज्य तथा अराज्य दोनों अवस्थाओंमें जन्म शब्द वर्षके क्रमको विशेषरूप करता है ॥ ९७८ ॥ एवं तु जीवदव्वं अणाइणिहणं विसेसियं णियमा । रायसरिसो दु केवलपजाओ तस्स दु विसेसो ॥९७९ एवं तु जीवद्रव्यं अनादिनिधनं विशेष्यं नियमात् । राजसदृशस्तु केवलं पर्यायस्तस्य तु विशेषः ॥९७९ ॥ अर्थ-जैसे जन्मशब्द राज्यकाल और अराज्यकाल दोनों कालोंमें कहा इसीप्रकार जीवद्रव्य अनादिनिधन नियमसे अनेकप्रकार आधारपनेसे कहा गया है और उसका नारक मनुष्यादिरूप पर्याय केवल राजपर्यायके समान है ॥ ९७९ ॥ जीवो अणाइणिहणो जीवोत्तिय णियमदोण वत्तव्यो। जं पुरिसाउगजीवो देवाउगजीवयविसिट्ठो ॥ ९८० ॥ जीवःअनादिनिधनो जीव इति च नियमतो न वक्तव्यः। यत् पुरुषायुष्कजीवो देवायुष्कजीवितविशिष्टः ॥९८० ॥ अर्थ-यह जीव अनादिनिधन है इस पर्यायविशिष्ट ही जीव है ऐसा एकांतसे नहीं कहना चाहिये क्योंकि जो मनुष्यआयुस
