________________ पंचाचाराधिकार ५। १५७ अर्थ-पढे हुए ग्रंथका पाठकरना, शास्त्रका व्याख्यान करना, शास्त्रों के अर्थको दूसरेसे पूछना, वारंवार शास्त्रका मनन करना, त्रेसठ शलाका पुरुषोंका चरित्र पढना ये पांच प्रकारका खाध्याय है । इसे मुनिदेववंदना मंगल सहित करना चाहिये ॥ ३९३ ।। अहं च रुद्दसहियं दोण्णिवि झाणाणि अप्पसत्थाणि । धम्मं सुकं च दुवे पसत्थझाणाणि णेयाणि ॥ ३९४ ॥ आर्त च रौद्रसहितं द्वे अपि ध्याने अप्रशस्ते । धर्म शुक्लं च द्वे प्रशस्तध्याने ज्ञातव्यानि ॥ ३९४ ॥ अर्थ-आर्तध्यान रौद्रध्यान ये दो ध्यान अशुभ हैं नरकादिदुःखोंको प्राप्त कराते हैं तथा धर्मध्यान शुक्लध्यान ये दो ध्यान शुभ हैं मोक्षादिके सुखोंको प्राप्त कराते हैं । ऐसा जानना चाहिये ॥ ३९४ ॥ आगे इन चारोंका खरूप कहते हैं;अमणुण्णजोगइट्टविओगपरीसहणिदाणकरणेसु । अझं कसायसहियं झाणं भणिदं समासेण ॥ ३९५ ॥ अमनोज्ञयोगइष्टवियोगपरीषहनिदानकरणेषु । आर्त कषायसहितं ध्यानं भणितं समासेन ॥ ३९५ ॥ अर्थ-ज्वर शूल शत्रु आदि अप्रिय वस्तुका संबंध होना, पुत्र पुत्री माता शिष्य आदि प्रियवस्तुका विनाश होना, क्षुधा (भूख ) आदि परिषहोंकी बाधा होना, परलोकसंबंधी भोगोंकी वांछा होना-इनके होनेपर जो कषायसहित मनको क्लेश होना वह संक्षेपसे आर्तध्यान कहा गया है ॥ ३९५ ॥ तेणिकमोससारक्खणेसु तध चेव छविहारंभे।
