Vāsudeva, Baladeva, Cakravarti and Teerthankarās are supposed to have come from either heaven or hell. Cakravarti and Baladeva can come from all the four types of deities but only Vaimānika deities (no other deities) can take birth as Vāsudevās and Arihantās (in the next birth). 244 હરિણો મણુસ્સરણાઇ, હુત્તિ નાણત્તરેહિ દેહિ | જહ સંભવમુવવાઓ, હય-ગ-એનિંદિ-રયણાણે ર૪પી.
વાસુદેવ અને ચક્રવર્તિના મનુષ્યરત્નો અનુત્તરદેવોમાંથી નથી થતા. અશ્વ, હાથી, એકેન્દ્રિય રત્નોની ઉત્પત્તિ યથાસંભવ હોય છે. (૨૪૫).
The human-ratnās of Cakravarti and ratnās of Vāsudeva never take birth from Anuttara heaven. Elephant ratna, horse ratna and five-ekendriya ratnās take birth (from any birth) as per their probabilities. 245 વાપમાણે ચક્ક, છત્ત દંડ દુહસ્થય ચમ્મા બત્તીસંગુલ ખન્ગો, સુવન્નકાગિણિ ચરિંગુલિયા ર૪૬ll ચરિંગુલો અંગુલપિહુલો ય, મણિ પુરોહિગતુરયા ! સેણાવઈ ગાહાવઈ, વઢઇથી ચકિરયણાઈ ર૪ો.
ચક્ર-છત્ર-દંડ વ્યામ (ધનુષ્ય) પ્રમાણ છે, ચર્મરત્ન બે હાથનું છે, ખગ રત્ન ૩ર અંગુલનું છે, સુવર્ણનું કાકિણી રત્ન ચાર અંગુલનું છે, ચાર અંગુલ લાંબુ અને ૨ અંગુલ પહોળું મણિરત્ન છે. પુરોહિત, હાથી, ઘોડો, સેનાપતિ, ગાથાપતિ, વાર્ધકી (સુથાર), સ્ત્રી – આ ચક્રવર્તિના રત્નો છે.
