નૈસર્ગિક ચુટણીના નિયમ સમજાતા હશે તે આવી રીતે જ કહેશે. આવી પરિસ્થતિમાં પણ પાતાના વંશ ટકાવી રાખવાની અમારામાં જે વિશેષતા છે, તે કેમ નષ્ટ થઇ શકશે ? એની જ ચિંતામાં તે અમારા જીવનક્રમ ( Standard of living) સુધારવાના પ્રયત્નો ચાલી રહ્યા છે. અને આપણા સુશિક્ષિત વગે તે માર્ગે જવાની શરૂઆત પણ કરી છે. સુશિક્ષિત વર્ગ વધારે સુસ ંસ્કૃત હાય છે, એ કેવળ આભાસ જ છે. યુરોપીયન અને એશિયાટિકની તુલના કરી સ્ટેાડા કહે છે કે, જ્યારે શુકલેતર લાંકા શુભ્રવર્ષીયાના રાષ્ટ્રામાં પ્રવેશ કરે છે, ત્યારે તે લેાકા શુભ્રવીયાને હાંકી કાઢે છે. પ્રથમ તેઓ શ્રમજીવી લાકાને ભારે પડે છે, પછી વેપારી લોકાને નાશ કરે છે, અન્ત શ્વેતવર્ણીયાના ઉચ્ચ વંશને ઉથલાવી પાડે છે. આ ભૂમિપટ પર તા શ્વેતવર્ણીય કામગારો વ યુક્ત કામગારો સાથે કદીએ સ્પર્ધા કરી શકતા નથી. ’’
