I have gone through some part of Ayurveda-kosha vol. I. by Babu Ramjit Singh ji Vaidya and Babu Daljit Singh ji Vaidya. It seems to be a very laudable undertaking at this opportune moment. The compilors must have taken great pains for collecting the materials. It will be very useful for the hindi speaking public. I wish the compilors would be more intensive rather than extensive and serve the cause of our country.

I have glanced through the pages of the so called "Ayurvedic kosha" (Vol. I. ). Dictionary of words used in Ayurvedic, Unani and Allopathic systems of medicine, compiled by Vaidyas Ramjita Sinha and Daljita Sinha. From what I have seen of the work it has impressed me as a very valuable and useful production of an encyclopædic character and there is no doubt that the Hindi literature, in fact the general medical literature of India, has been enriched by this publication. The compilors have drawn upon original and standard works,so far as the Ayurvedic section is concerned, and it is hoped that if they keep themselves uptodate in case of the subsequent volumes and have an eye on accuracy and thoroughness they will be rendering a great service to the cause of medical literature and profession in India. The work involves a tremendous amount of labour and is well worthy of generous patronage from the public.
