Description.
Extent.-- 82 leaves ; 10-13 lines to a page ; 24-30 letters to a line. Country paper; old in appearance; Devanagari characters with gears; handwriting, clear but not legible and uniform ; borders ruled in red and black lines ; portion on some folios indistinct, being scratched out; red pigment occasionally used for marking the portion; complete.
Age. - Samvat 1719.
The Ms. contains 7 introductory stanzas which are not to be found either in the Ms. No. 12202 of Mad. Des. Cat. or in the edition of Pandit Vidyasagara.
Author — Ballala. The name of the author is said to be Vallabha - deva (Cf. Mad. Des. Cat. Ms. No. 12202 ) .

ॐ नमो गणेशाय सरस्वत्यै नमः ॥ धाराधीश्वर भोजराज समये श्रीमत्प्रभोर्भूपते
नाशास्त्रविचारणाय सदसि प्राज्ञा हि निर्मत्सराः । नानाभोगविलासकामनिचये संतोषिता योषितो
नाना सज्जनवांघत्राः प्रणयितः संतोषिता वृत्तिभिः ॥ १ ॥ प्राकारः - प्रवराकारः परिषाजलपूरिता ||
तोली पूर्वभागेन हेमकुंभेन मंडिताः ॥ २ ॥ पंचयोजनविस्तारा पंचयोजनमायता ।
शतानि चप्रासादा पंडिताश्व तथैव च ॥ ३ ॥ युगाष्टसंख्यानि चतुःपथानि राणांत त्रिधैर्व्यवहारकैश्व |
