नमिऊण चलणजुयलं पढमजिनिंदस्स भुवणनाहस्स । अवसपिणी धम्मो पयासिओ जेण इह पढमं ॥ बालत्तणंमि जेणं 'सुमेरु 'सिहरे (S) भिसेपकालंमि । वामचलणंगुलीए । लीलाए । डोलिया पुहइ || तं वरकमलदलच्छं जिणचंदं मत्तपीलुगइगमणं । नमिऊणं महावीरं सुरगणसयसंधुयं वीरं ॥ सेसे विघ वा (बा) वीसे नमिऊणं भट्टरागमयमोहे | सुरमयासुरमहिए जीवाइपयच्छउब्बासे ॥ etc.

जह सेणिय पट्टे गुरुणा साहियं ति वीरेणं । तह किंपि समासेणं मए वि किल साहियं एवं ॥ सोऊन तु एयं पालह जिणवीरभासियं वयणं । पावेह जेण अइरा कंडहिऊण मोक्खं ति ॥ इय कुणमाणेण तुमं पत्तं जं किंचि एत्थ मे (पु) पणं । पुणेण तेण पावह तुम्हे अयरामरं ठाणं ॥

Country paper tough and grey; Jaina Devanagari characters; big, clear and good hand-writing; borders ruled in three lines in red ink; red chalk and yellow 25 pigment used; numbers of most of the foll. entered twice as usual; fol. 1a blank; edges of the first fol. slightly damaged ; corners of some foll. worn out; complete ; composed in Samvat 1643.
