This copy which once adorned the Qutb Shāhi Library is a collection of the works of the poets who flourished from the end of the 9th to the middle of the 10th century A. H. It is more or less a continuation of Daulat Shāh's Tadkiratush Shu'ara and Nawai's Majalisu'n-Nafais. It contains notices on the lives of 652 famous as well as unknown poets.
