Introduction to this Catalogue is written by Pt. Amratlal Bhojak. Pt. Bhojok was with Rev. Muniji in Jesalmer and had good fortune to be trained by Rev. Muniji. We are thankful to Pt. Bhojak for his informative Introduction.
We hope that this Catalogue will be useful to the interested scholars, provided the mss. in the Collection are made available by the authorities.
Some important mss. of the Collection were microfilmed by the efforts of Rev. Muniji and some of the microfilm roles are handed over to us, but some of the roles are with Pt. Fatehchand Belany. We have proposed to microfilm the mss. of which we have no roles. We hope that the authorities at Jesalmer will allow us to finish the work so that the world of scholars may be able to utilize the Collection.
