. The fool looks into the temples that have been raised by men, but does not search his own body where the blissful Being is ever present.
वामिय किय अरु दाहिणिय मज्झइं वहइ णिराम ।
ताहिं गामडा जु जोगवइ अवर वसावइ गाम ॥ १८१॥ The left and the right has been inhabited, but the middle is uninhabited. There, oh ascetic I establish another village.
7 Vision of the self and the supreme bliss
जेण णिरंजणि मणु धरिउ विसय-कसायहिं जंतु ।
मोक्खह कारणु एत्तडउ अवरई मंतु ण तंतु ॥ १२ ॥ When the mind wuich is inclined towards Sensual pleasures and passions, is set upon the Stainless ( self ) the means of salvation are complete; there is no other ritual or secret formula.
मणु मिलि यउ परंमेसरहो परमेसरु जि मणस्स ।
बिण्णि वि समरसि हुइ रहिय पुज्ज चडावउं कस्स ॥ ४९॥ The wind has met the highest God and the highest God the mind; both have become unified; whom shall I worship?
कासु समाहि करउँ को अंचउँ । छोपु अछोपु भणिवि को वंचउँ । हल सहि कलह केण सम्माणउँ ।
जहिं जहिं जोवउँ तहिं अप्पाणउ ॥ १३९ ॥ Whom shall I devote myself to ? Whom shall I worship ? Whom shall I avoid by saying touchable and non-touchable ? With whom shall I quarrel ? Wherever I see, I find myself.
अग्गइं पच्छइं दहदिहहिं जहिं जोवउं तहिं सोइ ।
ता महु फिदिय भंतडी अवसु ण पुच्छइ कोइ ॥ १७५ ॥ In front, at the back, in all the ten directions, wherever I see, I find Him. So my delusion is removed. I need not, surely, inquire of any body now.
