________________ (1) There is nothing unchangeable in this world. Everything is subject to alteration. I should not, therefore, pay much importance to it, and should regard it transitory. This is called Anitya Anupreksha (qfarna aqùat) (2) There is none in this world to help me in afliction or at the time of death. I must reap as I have sown. This is called Asharana A nupreksha (outagawt). (3) I have in past lives suffered troubles as a man, a deva, a narki, or a triyancha. I must now make iittempt to free myself from them. This is called Siunsara Anuprcksha ( Fat gaat). (4) I am alone in this world. This is called lkatva Anupreksha (জন্ম না ). (5) All these things of the world are separate from me. This is called Anyatva Anupreksha (para 9 1 ). (6) W'hat pride should I take in this body which is full of dirty things. This is called Ashuchi Anupreksha (qafq q ui). (7I should think of those thoughts, words, and actions that give rise to fresh karmans. This is called Ashrava Anupreksha (91 gadu). (8) I should adopt such measures as may prevent {resh karmans from binding my soul in future. This is called Sambara Anupreksha (PT S WT). (9) I should adopt such measures as may help me to shake off my past karmans. This is called Nirjara Anupreksha (faziti TÀUT).
