सोमसेनभट्टारकविरचित -
जिनपूजा ततः कार्या शुभैरष्टविधार्चनैः । श्रुतं गुरुं ततः सिद्धं पूजयेद्भक्तितः परम् ॥ ७१ ॥
पश्चात् जलगन्धादि आठ तरहके प्रासक अर्चना द्रव्यसे जिनदेवकी पूजा करे। इसके बाद शास्त्र, गुरु, और सिद्धोंकी भक्तिभाव से पूजा करे ॥७१॥
श्रुतपूजा वर्णन |
ये यजन्ति श्रुतं भक्त्या ते यजन्त्येऽञ्जसा जिनम् । न किञ्चिदन्तरं प्राहुराप्ता हि श्रुतदेवयोः ॥ ७२ ॥
जो श्रावक भक्तिभाव से शास्त्रकी पूजा करते हैं वे परमार्थसे जिनदेवकी ही पूजा करते हैं क्योंकि श्रीवीरभगवग्न देव और शास्त्रमें कुछ भी अन्तर नहीं बतलाते हैं ॥ ७२ ॥
गुरु-उपास्तिवर्णन |
उपास्या गुरवो नित्यमप्रमत्तैर्वृपार्थिभिः । तत्पक्षतार्क्ष्यपक्षान्तश्चरा विघ्नोरगोत्तराः ॥ ७३ ॥
मोक्ष-सुखकी चाहना करनेवाले पुरुषोंको प्रमाद छोड़कर निरन्तर श्रीगुरुकी सेवा करना चाहिए । क्योंकि जो पुरुष गुरुओंकी अधीनतारूप गरुडपक्षीकी छत्रछाया में रहता है वह धर्मकार्यों में आनेवाले विघ्नरूपी सर्पोंसे दूरही रहता है । भावार्थ- जो गुरुओंकी आज्ञामें रहते हैं उन्हें कभी भी विघ्न-बाधाएं नहीं सतातीं इसलिए गुरुओंकी उपासना अवश्य करना चाहिए ॥७३॥
निर्व्याजया मनोवृत्या सानुवृत्या गुरोर्मनः । प्रविश्य राजवच्छश्वद्विनयेनानुरञ्जयेत् ॥ ७४ ॥
जिस प्रकार सेवक लोग राजाके मनको प्रसन्न रखते हैं उसी तरह कल्याणकी कामना करनेवाले श्रावकको छल-कपट रहित और मनोनुकूल अपने मनकी प्रवृत्तिसे गुरुके मनमें पवेश कर, उन्हें देखकर खड़े होना नमस्कार करना हितमित वचन बोलना और उनका भला विचारना रूप विनयसे हमेशा अपने ऊपर उन्हें अनुरक्त रक्खे ॥ ७४ ॥

पूजा चतुर्विधा ज्ञेया नित्या चाष्टान्हिकी तथा । इन्द्रध्वजकल्पद्रुमौ चतुर्मुखंश्च पञ्चमः ॥ ७५ ॥
