BSY Ê Technique 3: Aadi Mudra Pranayama (primary gesture breath) Sit in vajrasana or any other suitable posture with the spine straight. Place the hands on the thighs in aadi mudra with the backs of the hands upwards. Do not clench the thumb tightly. Inhale through both nostrils then retain the breath inside.
