________________ Niyamasāra नियमसार केवली के वचन बंध के कारण नहीं हैं - The speech of the Omniscient does not cause karmic bondage - परिणामपुव्ववयणं जीवस्स य बंधकारणं होइ । परिणामरहिवयणं तम्हा णाणिस्स ण हि बंधो ॥१७३॥ ईहापुव्वं वयणं जीवस्स य बंधकारणं होइ । ईहारहियं वयणं तम्हा णाणिस्स ण हि बंधो ॥१७४॥ परिणामपूर्वक (मनपरिणाम सहित) वचन जीव को बंध का कारण है; (केवलज्ञानी को) परिणामरहित वचन होता है इसलिये उस ज्ञानी को वास्तव में बंध नहीं है। इच्छापूर्वक वचन जीव को बंध का कारण है; (केवलज्ञानी को) इच्छारहित वचन होता है इसलिये उस ज्ञानी को वास्तव में बंध नहीं है। The speech resulting from transformation of the mind is the cause of karmic bondage; since the Omniscient's (kevalī) speech is without such transformation, he is free from karmic bondage. The speech resulting from volition is the cause of karmic bondage; since the Omniscient's (kevalī) speech is without such volition, he is free from karmic bondage. EXPLANATORY NOTE The Omniscient soul is 'without mind' – amanaskāḥ kevalinaḥ. His speech, therefore, is not a result of transformation of the mind.
