________________ विकल्प से उपरत (निवृत्त) होने से द्वित्व आदि की तरह उस इष्टानिष्ट का क्षय होता है; तब समत्वगुण प्रगट होता है ॥५॥ स्वप्रयोजनसंसिद्धिः स्वायत्ता भासते यदा । बहिरर्थेषु संकल्पसमुत्थानं तदा हतम् ॥६॥ भावार्थ : जब साधक को ऐसा प्रतिभासित होने लगता है कि अपने प्रयोजन की सिद्धि अपने हाथ में है, तब बाह्यपदार्थों के सम्बन्ध में संकल्प की उत्पत्ति नष्ट हो जाती है ॥६॥ लब्धे स्वभावे कण्ठस्थस्वर्णन्यायाद् भ्रमक्षये । रागद्वेषानुपस्थानात् समता स्यादनाहता ॥७॥ सोने भावार्थ : भ्रान्ति का क्षय होने पर गले में पड़े हुए के आभूषण की तरह आत्मस्वभाव (स्वरूप) की साक्षात् प्राप्ति हो जाती है और उससे रागद्वेष की अनुत्पत्ति होने से बेरोकटोक समता प्राप्त होती है ॥७॥ जगज्जीवेषु नो भाति द्वैविध्यं कर्मनिर्मितम् । यदा शुद्धनयस्थित्या तदा साम्यमनाहतम् ॥८॥ भावार्थ : जब शुद्धनय की मर्यादा से जगत् के जीवों में कर्मकृत द्वैत (द्विविधता) प्रतिभासित नहीं होता; तभी अनिवार्य अप्रतिबद्ध समता प्राप्त होती है ॥८॥ स्वगुणेभ्योऽपि कौटस्थ्यादेकत्वाध्यवसायतः । आत्मारामं मनो यस्य तस्य साम्यमनुत्तरम् ॥९॥ ८८ अध्यात्मसार
