________________ उपरतविकल्पवृत्तिकमवग्रहादिक्रमच्युतं शुद्धम् । आत्माराममुनीनां भवति निरुद्धं सदा चेतः ॥८॥ भावार्थ : जिस मन से विकल्प की वृत्तियाँ शान्त हो गई हैं, जो अवग्रहादि (प्रतिबन्ध आदि) के क्रम से पृथक् है, ऐसा आत्माराम मुनियों का सदा उज्ज्वल चित्त निरुद्ध कहलाता है ॥८॥ न समाधावुपयोगं तिस्त्रश्चेतोदशा इह लभन्ते । सत्त्वोत्कर्षात् स्थैर्यादुभे समाधिसुखातिशयात् ॥९॥ भावार्थ : इस समाधि में चित्त की पहली तीन अवस्थाएँ उपयोग में नहीं आतीं, परन्तु सत्व के उत्कर्ष के कारण, स्थैर्य के कारण, तथा अतिशय सुख के कारण चित्त की अन्तिम दो अवस्थाएँ उपयोग में आती हैं ॥९॥ योगारम्भमस्तु भवेद्विक्षिप्ते मनसि जातु सानन्दे । क्षिप्ते मूढे चास्मिन् व्युत्थानं भवति नियमेन ॥१०॥ भावार्थ : विक्षिप्त मन कदाचित् आनन्दयुक्त होने से उसमें योग का आरम्भ हो सकता है; परन्तु क्षिप्त और मूढ मन तो इसमें अवश्य ही व्युत्थानरूप होते हैं ॥१०॥ विषयकषायनिवृत्तं योगेषु च संचरिष्णुविविधेषु । गृहखेलबालोपमपि चलमिष्टं मनोऽभ्यासे ॥११॥ ___ भावार्थ : विषयों और कषायों से निवृत्त, विविध प्रकार के योगों में गमन करने वाला, और घर के आँगन में क्रीड़ा अध्यात्मसार २९०
