भावार्थ : प्रशमादि महायोद्धाओं ने कषायरूपी लुटेरों को भी अनायास ही पकड़ लिया और शीलरूपी महायोद्धा ने कामरूपी चोर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया ॥५५॥ हास्यादिषट्लुण्टाकवृन्दं वैराग्यसेनया । निद्रादयश्च ताड्यंते श्रुतोद्योगादिभिर्भटैः ॥५६॥
भावार्थ : वैराग्यरूपी सेना ने हास्यादि छः लुटेरों के दल को मार भगाया और निद्रादिरूपी योद्धाओं को श्रुतोद्योगादि सुभटों ने बहुत जोर से पीटा ॥५६॥ भटाभ्यां धर्मशुक्लाभ्यामार्त्तरौद्राभिधौ भटौ । निग्रहेणेन्द्रियाणां च जीयते द्रागसंयमः ॥५७॥
भावार्थ : धर्म और शुक्ल इन दो सुभटों ने आर्त और रौद्र नाम के दो भटों को वश में कर लिया और इन्द्रियनिग्रहरूप योद्धा ने तत्काल असंयम को जीत लिया ॥५७|| क्षयोपशमतश्चक्षुर्दर्शनावरणादयः । नश्यत्यसातसैन्यं च पुण्योदयपराक्रमात् ॥५८॥
