भावार्थ : कर्ता जीव कर्म से युक्त होकर ही शरीर में स्थिर होकर कर्ता होता है, और देह से युक्त होकर ही वह कर्म का कर्ता है। जैसे डंडे से युक्त कुभार घट का कर्त्ता होता है वैसे ही देह और कर्म से युक्त जीव क्रिया के फल का भोक्ता होता है ॥६६॥ अनादिसन्ततेर्नाशः स्याद् बीजांकुरयोरिव । कुक्कुट्यंडकयोः स्वर्णमलयोरिव वानयोः ॥६७॥
भावार्थ : बीज और अंकुर की तरह, मुर्गी और अंडे की तरह तथा सोने और उसके मैल की तरह जीव और कर्म की इस अनादि सन्तति (परम्परागत सम्बन्ध) का नाश हो जाता है ॥६७॥ भव्येषु च व्यवस्थेयं सम्बन्धो जीवकर्मणोः । अनाद्यनन्तोऽभव्यानां स्यादात्माकाशयोगवत् ॥६८॥
भावार्थ : यह व्यवस्था भव्यजीवों के सम्बन्ध में जाननी चाहिए । अभव्यजीवों के आश्रित तो जीव और कर्म का सम्बन्ध आत्मा और आकाश के संयोग की तरह अनादिअनन्त है ॥६८॥ द्रव्यभावे समानेऽपि जीवाजीवत्वभेदवत् । जीवभावे समानेऽपि भव्याभव्यत्वयोभिदा ॥६९॥
