trustee of many educational philanthropic and charitable institutions. Kumarpalbhai has achieved much already, but he never looks back. His sights are set on the future. There are still many miles to go, many more summits to scale in the pursuit of enriching literature, propagating non-violence and life ethics and exposing the younger generation to the rich Jain and Indian heritage. I am delighted to be a friend of such an intensely 'human person who is to many around him a friend, philosopher and guide. Whosoever meets him comes to respect him as a 'gem' of a person, who despite his varied achievements, recognitions and awards, remains rooted to the adage of 'simple living and high thinking'. My heart goes out to applaud this simple, unostentious, unassuming, accessible and communicative human being. The future belongs to him.
