“પ્રિહી કાઉન્સીલના ચુકાદાથી શિંબરેએ ૧૯૦૫માં થયેલા ટાઈમ ટેબલ મુજબ આ મંદિરમાં ફક્ત પૂજા કરવાના હક સિવાય બીજું વધારાનું કાંઈ પણ મેળવેલ નથી. અને દિગંબરે તરફથી મંદિરની વ્યવસ્થામાં હસ્તક્ષેપ કે દખલ કરવામાં આવે તે તે, પછી તે વ્યવસ્થાપક મંદિરમાં કે મંદિરની મિલક્તમાં જરૂરી ફેરફાર કે સુધારે વધારે કરતા હોય અથવા કેઈ નવું બાંધકામ કરાવતા હોય, તેમનું કૃત્ય બેકાયદેસરનું ગણવામાં આવશે.”
(૪) કેસ નં. ૯/૧૯૪૦ના જજમેંટમાં કેટે ફરી ખુલાસાથી જાહેર કરેલ છે કે
"Whether the Shwetambaries who have amdittedly a right of Exclusive management of the temple and image, were entitled to do overt acts in exercise of that right, Ip my openion they were entitled to do so. I hold accordingly.”.
શ્વેતાંબરે કે જેમને એકલાને જ આ મંદિર અને મૂર્તિના વ્યવસ્થાપનને સંપૂર્ણ (Exclusive) હકક માન્ય રખાય છે, તેમને જરૂરી દરેક ચીજ (કાર્ય) આ હકના ઉપભોગમાં કરવાને અધિકાર છે અને મારે પણ એ મત છે કે તેઓ આ રીતે અધિકારને છૂટથી ઉપયોગ કરી શકે છે, એમ હું જાહેર કરું છું.” વળી આગળ જતાં જજ મહાશય કહે છે કે –
“My conclusion, Then, is that the expression with all its immplications does not mean or include a claim to worship the image with its settings and surroundings."
તેથી એવા નિર્ણય ઉપર આવ્યો છું કે પ્રિહી-કાઉન્સીલના જજમેંટમાં વપરાયેલા શબ્દો, “with all its implications"ના અર્થમાં મંદિરના settings and surrounding ની સાથે પૂજે કરવાના હકને કઈ સમાવેશ થતો નથી અને એ એને અર્થ પણ થતા નથી.”
(૬) મિસિ. યુ. કેસ નં. ૩/૧૯૪૧ જેમાં શ્વેતાંબરીઓએ સિ. પ્ર. કે. કલમ ૪૭ નીચે દિગંબરોની સ્વતંત્ર ગાદી (પેઢી) હટાવવા માટેની માંગણી કરી હતી તેમાં જજજ મહાશયએ જે કહ્યું છે તે આ પ્રમાણે ઃ
The learned Judge observes that the privy council decree granted a declaration only in favour of Shwetambaries so far as the right to the exclucive management of the temple and image is concerned and if there is any modification or clarification made by the Privy Council it was only with respect to the Digambari right of worship.
