શ્રી અતંરિક્ષપાર્શ્વનાથ ભગવાનના તીર્થનો વહીવટ કરવાનો શ્વેતાંબરોને સંપૂર્ણ અધિકાર આપતા, અતંરિક્ષપાર્શ્વનાથ ભગવાનની મૂર્તિની પોતપોતાની વિધિ પ્રમાણે વારાફરતી સૌના ટાઈમ દરમ્યાન પૂજા કરવાનો શ્વેતાંબર દિગંબર બંનેને અધિકાર આપતા, તથા મૂર્તિને લેપ કરવાનો શ્વેતાંબરોને અધિકાર આપતા પ્રિવી કાઉન્સીલના ચૂકાદા સુધીના ઈતિહાસને આપણે જોઈ ગયા છીએ. પોલકરોના હાથમાં તીર્થ હતું તે વખતે પણ મૂર્તિને લેપ કરવામાં આવતો હતો. પોલકરોના હાથમાંથી છોડાવ્યા પછી સને ૧૯૦૮ માં લેપ કરવામાં આવ્યો, પણ દિગંબરોએ લોઢાના ઓજારોથી કચ્છોટ તથા કંદોરાના ભાગને ખોદી નાખ્યા તેથી શ્વેતાંબરોએ કોર્ટમાં કેસ દાખલ કર્યો અને તેનો નાગપુરની કોર્ટથી સને ૧૯૨૩ માં ચૂકાદો આવ્યો તેમાં મંદિર અને મૂર્તિના વહીવટનો અને કટિસૂત્ર તથા કચ્છોટ સહિત લેપ કરવાનો શ્વેતાંબરોને અધિકાર મળ્યો. આથી શ્વેતાંબરોએ તરત જ સને ૧૯૨૪ માં લેપ કરાવ્યો. જો કે આ વખતે દિગંબરોએ કોર્ટમાં અટકાવવા (Stayની) માગણી કરી હતી, પણ તે મંજૂર થઈ નહોતી. આથી તેમણે તેમના પૂજાના ટાઈમ દરમ્યાન રોજ ગરમ ઉકળતા દૂધ અને પાણીના પ્રક્ષાલ કરીને લેપને ધોઈ નાંખવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો અને લેપને ઘણું નુકસાન પહોંચાડ્યું. આ રીતે દિગંબરો તેમને મળેલા પૂજાના અધિકારનો સદુપયોગ (!) કરીને રાજી થયા. ત્યારબાદ તેમણે પ્રિવી કાઉન્સીલમાં અપીલ કરી તેનો પણ ચૂકાદો નાગપુરના ચૂકાદાની જેમ શ્વેતાંબરોની તરફેણમાં જ આવ્યો. આથી દ્વિદ્ધ સુદ્ધ મતિ । એ ન્યાયથી શ્વેતાંબરોનો અધિકાર પાકેપાકો થઈ ગયો. એટલે શ્વેતાંબરોએ મંદિરમાં રીપેરીગ કામની શરૂઆત કરી. એ પ્રમાણે શ્વેતાંબરોએ મૂર્તિને લેપ કરવાની પણ સને ૧૯૩૪ માં તૈયારી શ્રી અંતરિક્ષ પાર્શ્વનાથ
