________________ मूलाचारअपने २ रूप, शब्द, गंध, रस, ठंडा गर्मआदि स्पर्शरूप विषयोंसे सदाकाल ( हमेशा ) साधुओंको रोकना चाहिये ॥ १६ ॥ · आगे चक्षुर्निरोधव्रतका स्वरूप कहते हैंसच्चित्ताचित्ताणं किरियासंठाणवण्णभेएसु। रागादिसंगहरणं चक्खुणिरोहो हवे मुणिणो ॥१७॥ सचित्ताचित्तानां क्रियासंस्थानवर्णभेदेषु । रागादिसंगहरणं चक्षुनिरोधो भवेत् मुनेः ॥१७॥ अर्थ-सजीव अजीव पदार्थोंके गीतनृत्यादि क्रियाभेद, समचतुरस्रादि संस्थानभेद, गोरा काला आदि रूपभेद-इसप्रकार सुंदर असुंदर इन भेदोंमें राग द्वेषादिका तथा आसक्त (लीन) होनेका त्याग वह मुनिके चक्षुनिरोधव्रत है ॥ १७ ॥ आगे श्रोत्रेन्द्रियनिरोधव्रतका स्वरूप कहते हैं;सजादिजीवसद्दे वीणादिअजीवसंभवे सद्दे । रागादीण णिमित्ते तदकरणं सोदरोधो दु ॥१८॥ षड्जादिजीवशब्दा वीणाद्यजीवसंभवाः शब्दाः । रागादीनां निमित्तानि तदकरणं श्रोत्ररोधस्तु ॥ १८ ॥ अर्थ-षड्ज ऋषभ गांधार आदि सात स्वररूप जीवशब्द और वीणाआदिसे उत्पन्न अजीवशब्द-ये दोनों तरह के शब्द रागादिके निमित्तकारण हैं इसलिये इनका नहीं सुनना वह श्रोत्रनिरोध है ॥ १८ ॥ __ आगे घ्राणेंद्रियनिरोधव्रतका खरूप कहते हैं;पयडीवासणगंधे जीवाजीवप्पगे सुहे असुहे। रागद्देसाकरणं घाणणिरोहो मुणिवरस्स ॥ १९॥
