________________ मूलगुणाधिकार १। और जीवरहित अचेतन परिग्रह अथवा जीवसे जिनकी उत्पत्ति है ऐसे मोती संख दांत कंबल इत्यादिका शक्ति प्रगटकरके त्याग, अथवा इनसे इतर जो संयम ज्ञान शौचके उपकरण-इनमें ममत्वका न होना वह असंग अर्थात् परिग्रहत्याग महाव्रत है ॥ ९॥ ___ आगे पांच समितियों के नाम कहते हैं;इरिया भासा एसण णिक्खेवादाणमेव समिदीओ। पडिठावणिया य तहा उच्चारादीण पंचविहा ॥१०॥ ईर्या भाषा एषणा निक्षेपादानमेव समितयः । प्रतिष्ठापनिका च तथा उच्चारादीनां पंचविधाः॥१०॥ अर्थ-ईर्यासमिति, भाषासमिति, एषणासमिति, आदाननिक्षेपणसमिति, मूत्रविष्ठादिकका शुद्धभूमिमें क्षेपण अर्थात् प्रतिष्ठापनासमिति-ऐसे पांच समितियां जानना ॥ १० ॥ ___ अब ईर्यासमितिका स्वरूप कहते हैं;फासुयमग्गेण दिवा जुवंतरप्पहणा सकजेण । जंतूण परिहरंति इरियासमिदी हवे गमणं ॥११॥ प्रासुकमार्गेण दिवा युगांतरप्रेक्षणा सकार्येण । जंतून् परिहरंति ईर्यासमितिः भवेत् गमनम् ॥ ११ ॥ अर्थ-निर्जीव मार्गसे दिनमें चार हाथ प्रमाण देखकर अपने कार्यके लिये प्राणियोंको पीड़ा नहीं देतेहुए संयमीका नो गमन है वह ईर्यासमिति है ॥ ११ ॥ आगे भाषासमितिका स्वरूप कहते हैंपेसुण्णहासकक्कसपरणिंदाप्पप्पसंसविकहादी। वजित्ता सपरहिदं भासासमिदी हवे कहणं ॥ १२॥
