(श्रावक धर्म विधि प्रकरण).
बाहगदोसविवक्खो, धम्मायरिए य उज्जयविहारे। एमाइचिचनासो, संवेमरसायणं देइ॥११९॥ __ ११९. अध्यवसायों को कलुषित अथवा दूषित करने वाले कार्यों में चित्त वृत्ति का निक्षेप नहीं करे। अपितु अप्रतिबद्ध विहारी संयमी धर्माचार्यों के चरणों में मन को स्थिर करे। इस प्रकार अपने प्रमादाचरण का पर्यालोचन अर्थात् वैराग्य रूपी रसायन को प्रदान करने वाला है।
119. He should divert his mind from the activities that tarnish or malign thoughts and focus his thoughts at the feet of the religious teachers who indulge in harsh austerities. This critical review of the illusions and inactivity of the self is the provider of the ambrosia of detachment or intense craving for liberation from cycles of rebirth.
मोसे भणियो य विही, इय अणवरयं तु चिट्ठमाणस्स । भवविरहवीयभूओ, जाया चारितपरिणामो ।।१२०॥
१२०. प्रात:काल से लेकर शयन क्रिया पर्यन्त पूर्व प्रतिपादित विधि का जो निरन्तर अनुष्ठान करता है वह श्रावक भव-विरह अर्थात् संसार चक्र से मुक्ति के हेतु सर्वविरति रूप . चारित्र को प्राप्त करता है। ऐसा भवविरह पदांकित आचार्य श्री हरिभद्रसूरि का कथन है।

Since getting up in the morning till he sleeps at night, the shravak who always observes properly the codes mentioned here attains the state of sarvavirati charitra (conduct of totalabstinence) that is instrumental in liberation from cycles of rebirth.
