આ વિતર્કોનું ફળ-અનન્ત અજ્ઞાન અને અનન્ત દુઃખ છે, એમ પુનઃ પુનઃ દઢભાવના કરવાથી અહિંસા આદિ યમો સુસ્થિર થાય છે: અહિંસા આદિ યમો દઢતા ઉપર આવવાથી જે ફલસિદ્ધિને પ્રાદુર્ભાવ થાય छ, ते लीये छी.* "-७३. यमपञ्चकफलानिदयाव्रतस्थैर्यवतः पुरस्ताद् निसर्गवैरा अपि देहभाजः। .. मिथः प्रशाम्यन्ति तदेवमाये व्रते फलं योगबुधा अवोचन् ॥७४॥ सत्यव्रते प्राप्तवति प्रतिष्ठां फलं प्रसिध्यत्यकृतेऽपि यत्ने। स्यादस्य वाचा च फलं परस्याऽनुद्यच्छतोऽपीति फलं द्वितीये ॥७॥ अस्तेयनामव्रतनिश्चलखे भवन्ति रत्नानि न दुर्लभानि । प्रतिष्ठिते ब्रह्मणि वीर्यलाभोऽपरिग्रहे जन्मकथन्त्वबोधः ॥ ७६ ॥
In the presence of one who observes the vow of Ahinsă even creatures with natural antipathy against one another are quieted down into being friendly. This is the fruit of the first vow. Thus the adepts in Yoga say.
When the vow of truthfulness is determinately practised it fructifies actions without efforts. Mere words of such a man enable others to realise their ends without exertion. This is the fruit of the second vow.
