Then that king Kuniya called the messenger a second time and spoke to him thus: "O you beloved of the gods, go to the city of Vesali apd there speak to my maternal grandfather Chedaga thus: 'Truly, O lord, king Kuniya requests you thus Whatever highly precious things exist all of them belong to the kingdom. While king Seniya was enjoying and protecting the royal sovereignty there came into existence two precious things (lit. gems. ) viz.. the scent-elephant Seyaṇaa and the necklace Attharasavanka. Therefore, without. violating the convention current in the royal families return to king Kîniya the scent-elephant Seyanaa and the necklace Atharasavanka, and also send prince Vehalla.
