By Śrīdharācārya. Three leaves only (10 X 41 inches) written in Nāgara of the 18th century.
Two leaves of tables, marked with the letters खे० सि. and bearing the leaf-marks 3 and 4; and the last leaf. Colophon :

Mangalācaraña and the object of the work :
हृतसंसारसंसारभक्तवाक्सारकारिणे । नमो मातङ्गवक्ताय प्रत्यूहव्यूहहारिणे ॥ श्रीमद्देरवदैवज्ञसूनर्गङ्गाधरः सुधीः।।
पञ्चाङ्गग्रहसिद्ध्यर्थं तनोति गणितामृतम् ॥ There are 80 slokas. The MS. ends abruptly in the 81st sloka.
