18816-19092 1. Dharmasūtrs :—In this Library we have only 4 DharmaEūtras all of which are already published.
2. Smrtis -Smrtis are mentioned to be 18 in number in Paråpas such as Padma & in other works. According to tradition we have to accept that there are also 18 Upasmštis. In addition, we notice sometimes twe works under each heud-one a bigger work having the name as Vrddha Pāråbariyam, Vrddha Yamasasti etc. and the other being the summary of the former termed as Laghapārålarlyam and Laghuyamaamsti etc.
We have 27 Smstis in this Library i.e. 16 Smptis as mentioned in Pådma and 11 Upasmftis. Most of these have been published by Pañcanan Tarkaratna in Calcutta and in the Āpandásrama Series of Poona.
8. Dharmaśāstra (Major worke ) --These are chiefly based on the several Smštis, Dharmasūtras and Puräpas. They deal mostly with all the topics such as Tithinirnaya, Asauca, Anbika, Varpasramadharma, Sråddha, Práyaseitta etc. of the works noticed in this section the following deserve special mention.
