Remarks-The life-history of the author is spoken of at length in the introduction to No. 96 of the T. S. Series. In the opening 11 leaves both the Rgveda Bhasya by Venkata Madhava and that by Skandaswamin are seen. The Bhasya by Skandasvamin has been catalogued as 4 B. Venkata Madaviya contains only a portion upto the 3rd chapter of the 1st Astaka. The identity of Madhava who is referred to in the following line, "माधवस्य त्वयं पक्षः खरणव व्यवस्थितिः" / in the introductory portion is not clear. For Private and Personal Use Only
