Devanagari characters; hand-writing, clear and legible but not uniform through out; borders and edges of the first 4 folios ruled with red lines; yellow pigment used for corrections; on folios I to 84 the text is written in the middle but from folio 84 to the end of the Ms the text is omitied, long blank spaces being left in the middle of the folios ; folio 191A extra ; the name of the commentator

ॐ नमः श्रीपरमात्मने चिदानंदैकरूपाय त(न)मः स्तोमनिवारिणे। विश्वस्तारत्नकल्पाय श्रीमद्रास्वामिने नमः ॥१॥ प्रणम्य परया भक्तया पार्श्वनाथपदद्वयं । जिनायकुशलं चापि सूरिं सर्वार्थसिद्धिदं ॥२॥ विनयसमुद्रगुरुणां पांदाभोजप्रणामपुण्येन । मनसापरोपकारे प्रवृत्तिरस्त्वेव मे नित्यं ॥३॥ परशक्तयायभावेनापकर्तुं न हि यार्या न । तथापि तद्विधित्सयैव ममायं समपक्रमः॥४॥
