Subject Like the preceding this Ms. also contains the Sutras as they are found in सारस्वतप्रक्रिया. In addition the Ms. contains explanations taken mostly from the same work, though some independent explanations and occasional new matter also is not absent e. g. the discussion of the s on fol. 1a, line 12 where occur the verses :

इकारं पंचमैर्युक्तमंतस्थाभिश्च संयुतं ॥ and अष्टौ स्थानानि वर्णानां ॥ from पाणिनीय शिक्षा.
Begins – श्रीगुरुभ्यो नमः ॥ तत्र तावत्संज्ञा । भइउऋल समानाः । हस्वदीर्घप्लुत
भेदाः सवर्णाः । एकमात्रो ह्रस्वः । etc.
or fol. 11a, line 3 where come five verses beginning with उदात्ताः सेट एष्टव्या अनुदात्तास्तथा निटः । इत्युत्सर्गापवादोयमपवादोपि कुत्रचित् ॥ १ ॥
उदात्तेत्तस्थितो धातोः परस्मैपदभागिनः । etc. which look as if they introduced a धातुपाठ.
सस (? सम )स्करी शुभां चक्रे प्रक्रियां चतुरोचिताम् । स्वरूपांतोनुभूत्यादिः शब्दोभूयत्र सार्थकः ॥ १॥
अवताो हयग्रीवः कमलाकर ईश्वरः । सुरासुरनराकारमधुपापीतपंकजः ॥
इति श्रीमदनुभूतिस्वरूपविरचितानि सारस्वतप्रक्रियासूत्राणि समाप्तानि ॥ श्री ॥ संवत् १५४४ वर्षे ज्येष्ठवदि प्रतिपदायां लिखितानि सूत्राणि मुनिमंडनपठनार्थं ॥ शुभं ॥
