They are as under : -Nos. 85, 86, 88, 89, 90 कथानकसङ्ग्रह – No. 100 T-No. 91; 157 stories -No. 92; 129 narratives out of 258 ClaFar - No. 97; 84 small and amusing stories No. 101 (Sk., Pr. & Vernacular) & 102 "" कथोद्धार – No. 103 -No. 87; 8 stories I may add that Brhatkathakosa composed by Hariṣena in Šaka 853 i. e. A. D. 931 contains 165 Sanskrit stories. There are two Mss. of this work in the Bombay Govt. Mss. Library. A description of both of them prepared by me is assigned a place in Part 3 of Sec. II of Vol. XIX. Puzzles-This Part I furnishes us with two puzzles, the corresponding page-numbers being 25 and 428. Of them the answer for the first is indicated on p. 25. ix Intercalary months -This topic is dealt with by me in my Preface (p. x of Vol. XIX, Sec. I, Pt. 2).
