Records that the image of Śri Ādinātha was made by Bhati and consecrated by Devagupta-sūri. Records the Sam(gha) pālhanadevi, wife of Samghapati belonging to the Palhakata gotra caused the image of Ādinātha to be made for the welfare of her son (Gova)la and that Munisekhara-sūri of Maladhāri-gachcha installed it.
