For many years, they lived together, after which the king handed over the highest office of the state to his son-in-law and courted monkhood. Lalitanga was now eager to meet his father Together with Puspavati, he came to Srivasa. The king was happy to see his son after so many years. He was also greatly impressed by his religious attitude and chivalry He too handed over the throne to his son and joined the holy order -8
