MUNIPATI It's your duty to see that the monks are not inconvenienced in any way and arrange for their sojourn in this city You have not only not done that , instead, you have ordered the monks to leave This is not becoming of a man of your position

"It was by now clear to Vishnukumar that the minister 'would see no reason and it was useless to argue with him So he decided to meet him on a different plane.
