. . सन्ध्याके समय, पूजाके समय, संक्रान्तिके दिन, ग्रहणके दिन, उल्टी होजानेपर, मदिरा, मांस हड्डी, चर्म, इनका स्पर्श हो जानेपर, मैथुन करनेपर, टट्टी होकर आने पर, बीमारीसे उठने पर, मंशान घाटके ऊपर जानेपर, किसीका मरण सुनने पर, खराब स्वप्नके आनेपर, मुसे छू जानेपर, चांडालादिका स्पर्श हों जानेपर, विष्ठा-मत्र, कौआ, उल्लू, स्वान, ग्राम-शूकरोंसे छू जानेपर, ऋषियोंकी मृत्यु हो जानेपर, अपने कुटुंबीकी दूरसे या पाससे मरणकी सुनावनी आनेपर, उच्छिष्ठ, अस्पर्श, वमन, रजस्वला आदिका संसर्ग हो जानेपर, अस्पर्श मनुष्योंके. छुए हुए वस्त्र, अन्न, भोजन, आदिसे छू जाने पर और जीमते समय पत्तल फट जानेपर, दंतौनके साथ साथ पूर्वोक्त मंत्र-यंत्रे पूर्वक शुद्ध जलसे तीन वार स्नान करे, अपने पहने हुए सब कपड़ोंको धोवे तथा अर्ष, तर्पण, मंत्र, जप, दान, पूजा वगैरह सब कार्य करे । इस तरह करनेसे गृहस्थियोंकी बाह्य अभ्यन्तर शुद्धि होती है ।। १०७ ॥ ११२॥ . . . . . . . . . .
