त्रैवर्णिकाचारः .. ... .. . नववारान्यतो नाशः पापस्य प्रविजायते । .. . · पौष्टिक कर्ममें प्रातःकालीन समय, नैर्ऋत्य दिशा, कमलासन, ज्ञानमुद्रा, चाँद जैसा वर्ण, मोतियोंकी माला, सफेद पुष्प, सफेद वस्त्र और अन्तमें “ स्वधा " यह पल्लव होना चाहिए। हर एक मंत्रका जप दक्षिण आवर्तसे एकसौ आठ वार करे । इस तरह मंत्रोंके जपनेसे पापोंका नाश होता है। भावार्थ---इन मंत्रोंमें जो जो समय बताया गया है उस उस समयमें मंत्रका जप करना चाहिए और जो दिशाएँ कही गई हैं उन दिशाओंमें मुख करना चाहिए, जो.आसन लिखे गये हैं उन आसनोंसे बैठना चाहिए इत्यादि ॥ १०२-१०३-१०४ ॥
तर्जन्यङ्गुष्ठयोगेन विद्वेषोचाटने जपः ॥ १०५ ।। कनिष्ठाङ्गुष्ठकाभ्यां तु कर्म शत्रुविनाशने ! : अङ्गुष्ठानामिकाभ्यां तु जपेदुत्तमकर्मणि ॥ १०६ ॥
अंगुष्टमध्यमाभ्यां तु जपेदाकृष्ठकर्मणि । विद्वेष-उच्चाटन करना हो तो तर्जनी और अँगूठेसे माला पकड़ कर जप करे । यदि शत्रुका विनाश करना हो तो कनिष्टा और अँगूठेसे माला पकड़ कर जाप देवे । यदि उत्तम कार्य करना हो तो अनामिका और अंगुष्ठसे जाप करे । और आकर्षण कर्ममें अँगूठे और बीचकी उँगलीसे जाप करे ।। १०५-१०६ ।।

स्तम्भने दुष्टसन्नाशे जपेत् प्रस्तरकर्करान् । शत्रूचाटे च रुद्राक्षा विद्वेषेऽरिष्टबीजजा ॥ १०८ ॥
स्फाटिकी सूत्रजा माला मोक्षार्थिनां तु निर्मला । ___ पाँच रंगके.रत्नोंकी माला सभी तरहके कार्योंको सिद्ध करती है। कंकड़ोंकी माला स्तम्भमकर्म और शत्रुके वशीकरणमें काम देती है । रुद्राक्षकी मालासे शत्रुका उच्चाटन होता है। विद्वेष-कर्ममें अरीठेके बीजोंकी माला मानी गई है । तथा मोक्षार्थियोंके लिए स्फटिक मणियोंकी और सूतकी माला उत्तम कही है । भावार्थ-कोई कार्य करना हो तो उसमें जिस जिस प्रकारकी माला बताई गई है उसके द्वारा जप करे ।। १०७-१०८ ॥
धर्मार्थकाममोक्षार्थी जपेद्वै पुत्रजीवजाम् ।। १०९ ।। शान्तये पुत्रलाभाय जपेदुत्पलमालिकाम् ।' 'पद् कर्माणि तु प्रोक्तानि पल्लवा अत उच्यते ॥ ११० ।।
